Delivery Policy
We deliver our products only to Dubai. Delivery fees will be flat at AED 10 for orders less than AED 99.
Delivery will be between 6 pm to 10 pm the next day if orders are placed before 4 pm. After 4 pm, the orders will be delivered the day after between 6 pm and 10 pm. We don't have Saturday deliveries and we can't guarantee specific timings for deliveries
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is any issue with your order, please email hello@eatlittlepepper.com , and we will do our best to rectify it. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any claims of return if the product has been used or tampered with. In the event of a refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed
Cancellation Policy
If a customer chooses to cancel their order, they must contact hello@eatlittlepepper.com the day before the selected delivery date. Please note: the cut-off time for cancellation is 4 PM GST the day before delivery.
